1. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QMS aligned with ISO 15189:2022
• Prepare documentation, procedures, and record for accreditation readiness.
• Coordinate method verification and validation activities.
• Conduct risk assessment (Laboratory processes & Management) and oversee biosafety & biosecurity protocols.
• Ensure ethical practices, patient confidentiality, and compliant sample management (chain of custody, storage, and disposal).
• Plan & perform internal audits, manage corrective/preventive actions.
• Deliver staff training on quality, safety and ISO 15189 requirements.

Required Qualifications

MSc Degree in Laboratory Quality Assurance and Lab Management with at least 3 year work experience
