Location: Oromia Region, Bale Zone, Ginnir

Employment Type: Full Time (1-year contract with possibility of extension

Reports to: the Development Officer in Robe

Salary: Based on NLM/E Salary Scale

Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Lead the overall planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the MIHP Project

  • Coordinate with local health authorities, community leaders and other stake holders to ensure project success

  • Manage Resources Efficiently

  • Create, update and organize all project-related documents such s work plans, budgets and progress reports

  • Ensure compliance with Digni/NoRAD requirements and FDRE ACSO Regulations

  • Representing the project in meetings with government official, donors and partner organizations

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Nursing, Health, Midwifery or in a related field of study

Extensive work experience of writing, reporting from internationally funded project for 10+ years where 5-6 years as a Project Manager

Experience of working in Digni/NORAD project is fo great advantage
