About the Role

TME Leadership & Management Institution is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to support program impact measurement, organizational performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks

• Track program performance indicators and outcomes

• Collect, analyze, and organize program data

• Prepare impact and performance reports

• Support donor reporting requirements

• Design surveys and evaluation tools

• Contribute to organizational learning and continuous improvement

• Strengthen data-driven decision-making systems

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, program analysis, or impact assessment

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with data collection and performance measurement tools

• Familiarity with donor-funded project reporting (preferred)

• Strong written and communication abilities
