• Safely operate the assigned motorcycle for official business purposes.

• Deliver and collect official documents, letters, parcels, files, and other authorized materials.

• Transport documents and materials between the Head Office, project sites, government offices, banks, and other designated locations.

• Ensure timely delivery and collection of documents and materials according to assigned schedules.

• Obtain signatures, stamps, acknowledgments, or other evidence of delivery when required.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of documents, parcels, and information entrusted to them.

• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery services.

• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transportation procedures.

• Wear appropriate protective equipment, including a helmet, while operating the motorcycle.

• Conduct routine checks of the motorcycle before use and report any mechanical problems or safety concerns immediately.

• Keep the motorcycle clean, secure, and in good operating condition.

Job Requirements

Level 1/2/ TVET Certificate or Completed Grade 8/10 in Social Science With 0/2/4/6 years relevant work experience

First Level Driving Licence

• Only work experience obtained after the required educational level will be considered.

• Relevant work experience refers to service in the specified career field, and the submitted work experience  evidence must indicate that income tax was paid, as well as the salary and the exact start and end dates of service.
