MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES
Steer Moyee’s technical project team in Addis Ababa and field operations; supervise and implement all activities provided to farmers;
Prepare project reports
Be the main focal person for company, and be the main contact person for all communication with the relevant private and public stakeholders (especially ministries and donors) with regards to assigned projects;
Conceptualize, prepare and assure quality assignments and missions conducted by short-term experts. Lead in the identification of national and international experts, monitor progress and report delivery on executed activities
Education
University degree in a related field such as business management, business administration, economics, project management
Experience
5+ years’ experience as project manager in (international) development programs
Experience in successfully managing projects related to the coffee and/or agro-forestry industry in Ethiopia.
Added skills: previous experience with donor-funded projects, experience in M&E of projects.
Desired Skills
Fluent in English and Amharic, potentially Oromia.
Good presentation skills;
Outstanding writing and reporting skills in English
Effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Computer Skills
Analytical thinking/ Research & Analysis
Good Microsoft Office and analytical skills
