Position Overview
Addis Ability is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative part-time Nurse to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will support individuals and families navigating temporary or long-term rehabilitation journeys. Working alongside our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will contribute to an integrated, evidence-based environment that prioritizes patient-centered care, clinical safety, and structured health education.
Job Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or with related field of study from an accredited institution
Renewed professional valid license to practice in Ethiopia.
Experience:
Professional experience or a strong interest in rehabilitation, pediatric care, or community-based health services.
Salary :Commensurate with experience and qualifications 15000 ETB gross pay minimum.

Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor the health status of pediatric and adult rehabilitation clients.
Deliver family-centered education and guidance to help clients and caregivers manage health needs, safety protocols, and daily care routines at home.
Collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other team members to ensure seamless, coordinated care delivery.
Maintain meticulous, structured clinical documentation in alignment with center quality standards.
Assist in clinical operational tasks, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all clients.
Skills & Competencies
Alignment with a family-centered, collaborative approach to care rather than a purely top-down medical model.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a patient, respectful, and empathetic demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and dedication to accurate documentation and quality standards.
Fluency in Amharic; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
