The Functional Consultant will analyze business processes, configure Odoo ERP systems, and support clients in implementing ERP solutions. This role requires understanding of ERP business logic, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge technical configurations with business requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and map to ERP solutions.
Configure ERP modules (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements.
Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.
Provide training and support during implementation.
Collaborate with developers for customizations.
Assist in presales demos and requirement gathering.
Ensure successful deployment, testing, and go-live support of ERP solutions.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting.
Strong understanding of ERP business logic and processes.
Hands-on ERP configuration experience (Odoo experience is a plus).
Strong documentation and client-facing skills.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to bridge IT and business.
Team player with eagerness to grow in ERP consulting.
