The Office Administration and Receptionist is responsible for providing front-office reception services and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, proper record management, and professional interaction with clients, visitors, and stakeholders, in line with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, greet, and direct clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous
    manner.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Provide administrative support including filing, document control, and record management.

  • Maintain proper custody of office records, correspondence, and administrative documents.

  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and basic logistics requirements.

  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

  • Assist in maintaining confidentiality of company and client information.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office workflow.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing required administrative records when
    requested.

Job Requirement

  • Education:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

    • Formal training in office management or customer service is an added advantage.

  • Experience: A minimum of Four (4)/two (2) years of relevant work experience in office administration, reception, or secretarial roles, preferably within financial institutions or corporate offices

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email).
