The Office Administration and Receptionist is responsible for providing front-office reception services and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, proper record management, and professional interaction with clients, visitors, and stakeholders, in line with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, greet, and direct clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous
manner.Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Provide administrative support including filing, document control, and record management.
Maintain proper custody of office records, correspondence, and administrative documents.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and basic logistics requirements.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
Assist in maintaining confidentiality of company and client information.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office workflow.
Support internal and external audits by providing required administrative records when
requested.
Job Requirement
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Formal training in office management or customer service is an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of Four (4)/two (2) years of relevant work experience in office administration, reception, or secretarial roles, preferably within financial institutions or corporate offices

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
