We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and capable of managing front office operations while also maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain office spaces, including desks, meeting rooms, kitchen, and restrooms.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are upheld at all times.

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Serve tea, coffee, or water to guests and staff as needed.

  • Support administrative staff with basic errands or office tasks.

  • Monitor and restock cleaning and hospitality supplies.

  • Report any issues with office cleanliness or maintenance needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Degree , Diploma or Certificate of Competency (COC) in a related field preferred

  • Experience: 0-1 years

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
