Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Create and maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
Manage and organize project documentation including drawings, permits, RFIs, and submittals.
Track project costs, change orders, and prepare financial reports.
Conduct site visits to observe conditions and resolve issues.
Coordinate communication between contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Support project managers with technical and administrative tasks.
Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and contract documents.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 5 years
