Role Overview: To enhance and increase the preparation capacity of Tender Proposals and Project Execution Program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Construction Methodology, Project Construction Schedule and Mobilization Schedule.

• Assessing tender documents, Drafting letters communicating with different clients. 

• Attending site visits.

• Experience in independent bidding.

• Observing and assessing the site in accordance with the required tender request.

Job Requirements

Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or CoTM

Experience: 3-5 years  tender preparation in construction or business sector.

Technical Skills: Good problem solving skill, fluent in English.
Able to work in short time to meet the deadline of project proposal

Soft Skills: Microsoft Office, Ms Project and AutoCAD.
