Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate between consultants, contractors, property owners, and external agencies for project execution.
- Supervise office staff and manage administrative tasks, including processing progress payments.
- Review, assess, and ensure contract compliance with submitted documents.
- Inspect work sites, monitor project budgets and schedules, and verify project plans and drawings.
- Analyze contract changes and prepare necessary amendments.
- Prepare project correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain shop drawings, working drawings, and submittals.
- Support project managers with administrative and coordination duties.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
- Experience: 5 years
