We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency and drive marketing initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations while also enhancing our marketing efforts. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be essential in fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
Manage the companies unified Calander: Ensure employees Calander are up to date, Schedule company events, including pitch presentation, trainings etc, Schedule regular internal update meetings and external meetings.
Maintain the companies central contact book: Register new service providers, suppliers, vendors and new costumers.
Facilitate Payments: Make sure payments are affected timely, receipts are collected and documented well. This includes office rent, water, electricity, internet, etc.
Make sure office supplies are adequality available: including stationary (pen, pencil, papers, toners, staplers, etc), cleaning supplies and refreshment supplies (coffee, tea, water).
Serve as Customer Relation Management focal person for new and existing customers: Search for new customers and opportunities, make sure existing customers are fully satisfied with circles services and maintain the CRM app.
Serve as Marketing focal person: Make sure the website is updated regularly, newsletters are published timely and regular email marketing is sent out timely. Ensuring social media pages are updated and monitor them, make cold call for interested clients and insert them in the CRM app.
Facilitate salary payment: by preparing payroll, draft payment letter to bank, getting approval from the director and follow up with the bank.
Education: B.Sc./BA in Management, Marketing or related fields
Strong English and Amharic communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Ability to multitask, priorities, and solve problems
Proficiency with MS Office
Calander management
Desirable
Experience in ERP such as Odoo
Previous relevant work experience as office manager/marketing
