Employment Type: Permanent
Job Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: ETB 15,000 gross per month (negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary
The Office Minibus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting employees and supporting office transportation needs while ensuring proper vehicle handling, cleanliness, and maintenance follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely transport employees and management as assigned
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Keep proper records of fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle movement where required
• Support occasional office errands and transportation-related tasks
• Ensure safe and professional driving practices at all times

Qualification Requirements
• High school completion is required
• Valid Third Grade Driver’s License
• Minimum of 2–3 years of driving experience in an office or company environment
• Good knowledge of Addis Ababa roads and traffic regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, punctual, and professional work attitude
• Experience driving minibuses is advantageous Job Requirements The candidates must have completed 12th or 10th grade and have at least 2/3 years of experience as a driver.
