Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations: 

• Manage day to day production activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and productive operations.

Manage budget and resources: 

• Oversee budgets, manage expenses, and coordinate resources like raw materials, inventory & capital.

Ensure quality and compliance: 

• Implement and monitor quality standards, conduct audits and ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards.

Data analysis and reporting: 

• Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to generate reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

Problem-solving: 

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, manage projects, and handle issues like conflicts or customer complaints.
