Provide administrative support to the General Manage( scheduling ,correspondence, meeting preparation)
Coordinate and track project activities, timelines and deliverables.
Maintain organized record, files and databases.
Facilitate smooth communication among management, staff, partners and clients.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
Skills & Competencies
Strongly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic It troubleshooting.
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Strong Problem solving skills and attention to details.
