Job Requirements

Education:

• Master’s Degree Business Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or equivalent position.

• Proven experience in operational planning, team supervision, budgeting, procurement coordination, inventory control, and performance monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of activities.

• Coordinate projects, procurement, logistics, inventory, and resource allocation.

• Monitor operational budgets, costs, productivity, and the proper use of company assets.

• Supervise staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Maintain effective coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Prepare operational reports, identify risks, and recommend improvements to efficiency and service delivery.
