Job Requirements

 Operations Division Manager education and experience requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or another related field with four years relevant work experience out of which two years in managerial position related to manufacturing/production, services, operations and others related to factory operations, production processes, quality control, and inventory management or related areas. 

           OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or another related field with six years of relevant work experience out of which four years in managerial position related to manufacturing/production, services, operations and others related to factory operations, production processes, quality control, and inventory management or related areas. 

Required qualifications   

• The following are among the required skills, abilities and knowledge qualifications the Operations Division Manager should have:

• Excellent organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate production processes and maintain schedules;

• Technical knowledge of machinery, assembly lines, and industrial processes to oversee the production operations effectively;

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify any issues that may disrupt production efficiency and output;

• Proficient in health and safety regulations to ensure that the Subsidiary Companies comply with all legal and company safety protocols;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various departments, suppliers, and clients, as well as to address workers’ concerns and boost morale;

• Quality control skills to ensure that all products meet the Subsidiary Companies’ quality standards;

• Technical skills to use factory management software and other relevant computer applications; and

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines while ensuring the efficient operation of the Subsidiary Companies.
