Job Requirements
Operations Division Manager education and experience requirements
Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or another related field with four years relevant work experience out of which two years in managerial position related to manufacturing/production, services, operations and others related to factory operations, production processes, quality control, and inventory management or related areas.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or another related field with six years of relevant work experience out of which four years in managerial position related to manufacturing/production, services, operations and others related to factory operations, production processes, quality control, and inventory management or related areas.
Required qualifications
The following are among the required skills, abilities and knowledge qualifications the Operations Division Manager should have:
Excellent organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate production processes and maintain schedules;
Technical knowledge of machinery, assembly lines, and industrial processes to oversee the production operations effectively;
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify any issues that may disrupt production efficiency and output;
Proficient in health and safety regulations to ensure that the Subsidiary Companies comply with all legal and company safety protocols;
Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various departments, suppliers, and clients, as well as to address workers’ concerns and boost morale;
Quality control skills to ensure that all products meet the Subsidiary Companies’ quality standards;
Technical skills to use factory management software and other relevant computer applications; and
Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines while ensuring the efficient operation of the Subsidiary Companies.
