We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead the research, planning, design, and development of our mobile e-wallet products. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing product features and enhancing the overall user experience to drive growth and user satisfaction.
Lead research, planning, design, and strategic development of mobile e-wallet products, focusing on optimizing features and improving the overall user experience.
Develop and execute marketing campaign strategies aligned with the mobile e-wallet product operation calendar, oversee end-to-end campaign launches, and work towards achieving key marketing objectives.
Design, implement, and analyze user lifecycle strategies to effectively engage users, increase retention, and maximize user value through targeted initiatives.
Conduct thorough operational data analysis to identify growth opportunities, leverage data mining techniques, and propose actionable optimization plans that continuously enhance user satisfaction.
Manage content operations for mobile e-wallet products, including content marketing, layout design, and related tasks, to ensure content quality and consistency that support user engagement and product success.
Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science; Marketing Management; Business Administration and Information Systems
Work Experience
At least 5 years of practical experience managing operations in mobile e-wallet services
Key Requirements
Willingness to endure challenging environments, demonstrate diligence, and travel to demanding regions
Solid understanding of professional operational frameworks, with particular expertise in user operations, data analysis, and process optimization.
Prior experience in relevant business sectors is a plus, especially in payments, lending and e-commerce, etc..
Strong learning agility, with the ability to conduct in-depth product research, proactively identify opportunities, and drive refined operational strategies.
Customer-centric mindset, with a proactive approach to analyzing user needs, exploring product features, and fostering a cycle of continuous improvement that balances innovation with user satisfaction.
Language Skill
Fluent in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
