Job Summary: we are seeking an experienced and proactive operations manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Cabby Share platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for drivers operations, service quality, compliance, performance optimization, and coordination between technical, customer service, and field teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive business plans, strategies, and directions from the Board Members and the Management of Cabby ET
Execute all approved plans in a timely and effective manner
Analyze management directions and implement them correctly across operations
Monitor company performance and ensure goals are met
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee driver onboarding, deployment, performance, monitoring, and retention.
Ensure service quality, safety standards, and customers satisfaction.
Coordinate with all call center, customer support, and field operations teams.
Handle operational incidents, disputes, and escalation cases.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, municipal rules, and company policies.
Optimize fleet utilization, service coverage, and response time.
Liaise with government offices, partners, and vendors as required.
Use strong business knowledge to run and grow Cabby ET
Plan ahead for company growth and operational improvement
Develop strategies to better engage customers, drivers, and partners
Ensure all directives are completed properly and contribute to company growth
Analyze operational data prepare and submit reports to Cabby-Et management.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Transport Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business management and/or operations management; (ride hailing, logistics, transport, or platform based services is highly preferred)
Strong understanding of fleet operations, driver management, and customer service
Familiarity with digital platforms, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Knowledge of transport rules and regulations
Proven leadership and operational management experience
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks and issues simultaneously.
Organized, responsible, and growth-oriented
High level of integrity, accountability, and organizational discipline.
