We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with 5+ years in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing all teams, optimizing processes, and delivering a seamless guest experience. Fluency in English and a proven track record in operations leadership are essential.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all restaurant operations to guarantee smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
Manage and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring high performance.
Implement operational processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Analyze operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring the highest satisfaction.
Supervise cash handling, reporting, and daily sales reconciliation.
Uphold the restaurants brand, culture, and hospitality values at every level.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in operations management within high-end restaurants or hotels.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, and cost control.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Highly professional, presentable, and committed to operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
