Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies, align plans with market trends, and drive overall growth.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, improve processes, ensure efficiency, and manage resource allocation (labor, equipment).
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial data, and ensure profitability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff; resolve conflicts and foster a positive work culture.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Ensure high customer satisfaction, manage client/vendor relationships, and report to executives.
Compliance & Policy: Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs, analyze performance reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements:
Education: Field of study, management, leadership civil, business management and related field of study experience from construction company is preferable
Experience: 3 - 8 years
