Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Officer to support field operations and ensure seamless service delivery to customers and merchants. This role is highly interactive and involves direct engagement with users, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic, on-the-ground environments within the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and workflows

  • Support customer onboarding and service delivery

  • Monitor and improve operational processes

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Prepare operational reports and performance metrics

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, fintech, or banking

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
