The operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure consistent product quality, food safety, and efficient production. The role involves mixing, forming, baking, cooling, and packaging processes while following hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery including mixers, dough sheeters, cutters, ovens, and packaging machines

• Monitor production parameters such as temperature, time, weight, and appearance to meet quality standards

• Prepare raw materials according to recipes and production schedules

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

• Perform routine equipment cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product quality issues

• Record production data, batch records, and quality checks accurately

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Job Requirements

• Level 2 in production technology/mechanics/electricity and 2 years work experience

• Previous experience in food or biscuit manufacturing is an advantage

• Ability to operate production machinery and follow SOPs

• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
