Job Summary 

The Operators, S/he must have Ability to perform work at different awkward positions, proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision, can work under pressure when required, ability to anticipate and rapid decision making, team player with communication skills, ability to interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instruction

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operators should have proven experience for the end-to-end soap and detergent manufacturing process and machines in addition of able to do simple maintenance activities during sudden brake down on the posted machineries. 

• Ensure machineries moving parts greasing and oil top up as required.       

• To coordinate effectively with other machine operators, technical teams & QCA technicals for the achievement of hourly target given with the right product quality standards.

• Emphasis on 5-S and Kaizen pillars in process/premise.  

• Skills for problem solving creativity and innovating.

•  Report to Production supervisor and update maintenance activities, down time recording, product quality parameter follows up, material consumption recording, FG recording, batch recording, etc.. during shift close.

• machine efficiency hourly basis and improve upon.

• Complying Measure KPIs that allied to his/her work center.

• Follow strictly the preventive and break down maintenance schedule and cooperate as member of the task force.

• Any other duty which may be assigned on time-to-time basis.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:- 

• Diploma/Technical Vocational Graduate (10+3) in General Mechanic/Industrial Electricity 

Experience: -

• 2 Years Relevant experience in machine operating and process under similar firm
