Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and controlling the dispatch of finished goods to customers and distributors, ensuring accurate documentation, timely delivery, proper loading, and compliance with company procedures. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and verify delivery orders, dispatch notes, invoices, and other outbound documents.

• Coordinate the loading and dispatch of finished goods according to approved orders.

• Verify product descriptions, quantities, batch numbers, and packaging before dispatch.

• Ensure that goods dispatched match approved delivery documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, transporters, security, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and update inventory and dispatch reports.

• Monitor vehicle loading, product handling, and dispatch activities to prevent damage, shortages, and losses.

• Investigate and report dispatch discrepancies, damaged goods, and unauthorized releases.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outbound performance reports.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: -

• Diploma or BA degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: -

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or logistics
