Currently we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring successful sales execution. Candidates with an engineering background or fresh graduates eager to develop a career in sales are strongly encouraged to apply. This role requires a proactive mindset, persistence, and the ability to work beyond the traditional 8-5 schedule to achieve results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

  • Actively engage with clients through field visits, presentations, and direct sales efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiation.

  • Provide detailed and timely reports on, customer interactions, and market insights using the company’s ERP.

  • Ensure regular follow-ups and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Attend daily huddles and meetings on time and actively participate in discussions.

  • Collaborate with showroom sales teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales conversion

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product developments

  • Demonstrate high levels of accountability, professionalism, and commitment to sales success.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related fields) or Business-related fields preferred.

  • Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to confidently approach and engage with customers.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and go the extra mile to close deals.

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
