Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master's degree is often preferred).

• Valid school leadership/principal certification or license (where required).

• Several years of teaching experience.

• Proven experience in school administration or leadership.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage staff, students, budgets, and school operations effectively.

• Knowledge of curriculum development, educational policies, and school regulations.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to improving student outcomes.
