About the Role

Lyte is seeking a Part-Time Microbiologist to conduct microbiological testing of raw materials and finished powdered products. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine quality control testing, including Total Viable Count (TVC), E. coli, Yeast & Mold, and Total Coliforms, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Degree or diploma in Microbiology or a related field

• Experience in food microbiology testing preferred

• Strong attention to detail and good laboratory practices

• Available to work on a part-time basis
