On behalf of our client, African Lakes Ethiopia PLC, we are seeking experienced and technically strong candidates to apply for the position of Parts and Service Sales Representative.

Reporting To: Service Manager

Required number: 1

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell spare parts and after-sales services for engines and machinery

• Conduct regular customer visits to identify parts and service opportunities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with technical and workshop teams

• Support customers in identifying correct spare parts and service solutions

• Coordinate with parts, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain customer service and vehicle/machinery history records

• Monitor competitor pricing, parts availability, and service offerings

• Participate in sales meetings, customer engagement activities, and product promotions

• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain CRM system updates

• Continuously update technical knowledge of engines, equipment, and service solutions

Job Requirements:

• Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field of study

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in parts and service sales or after-sales operations

• Strong knowledge of spare parts, maintenance services, and machinery systems

• Excellent customer handling, negotiation, and technical communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems
