Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled Pavement and Materials Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field and a strong background in pavement design, material investigations, and geotechnical assessments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pavement and geotechnical investigations, including soil and construction material testing at various project sites.

• Prepare design reports, technical reports, proposals, and documentation for project approvals.

• Perform pavement design and analysis for highways, roads, and infrastructure projects.

• Evaluate material properties and recommend suitable construction materials for projects.

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

•  Analyze field and laboratory test data for geotechnical and pavement performance assessments.

• Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Utilize software tools for pavement and geotechnical analysis.

Job Requirements

About You
Qualifications & Skills:
·        MSc or BSc in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
·        5-8 years of experience in pavement and materials engineering.
·        Hands-on experience with laboratory and field testing for soil, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
·        Strong knowledge of pavement design methods, including ERA, AASHTO, and other standard design approaches. Expertise in flexible pavement design, rigid pavement design, single surface treatment design, and double bituminous surface treatment design.
·        Proficiency in engineering software for pavement analysis.
·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirement Skill

·        Priority will be given to candidates with experience in airfield pavement design and report preparation. 

·        Must have experience in preparing and reviewing pavement design reports, traffic survey reports, and soil investigation reports.
