Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for dyeing machines, ensuring minimal downtime and high operational efficiency.​

• Coordinate with production teams to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and chemical processing issues in dyeing operations.​

• Supervise maintenance staff, including technicians and engineers, assigning tasks and conducting performance evaluations

• Procure spare parts, tools, and chemicals for maintenance while controlling costs and inventory.​

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct audits, and train staff on equipment handling and hazard mitigation.​

• Collaborate with dyeing production heads, planning departments, and senior management on process improvements and new technology adoption.​

• Monitor machine performance, analyze breakdowns, and prepare reports on maintenance metrics and recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree/TVET Level IV/III in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 4-0 years
