Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.

  • Administer employee onboarding and orientation processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and HR databases.

  • Support performance management including probation reviews and appraisals.

Job Requirements

Our company Ghion Industrial and Commercial PLC wants to hire competent applicants on the following position. 

  • Required Educational Qualification: BA/MA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or any related field from a recognized university.

  • Required Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
