Dugda Agro Industry Plc is a firm, which is engaged in Manufacturing, Transport, Import and export Business. Our company would like to recruit candidates for the following positions.
You will be in charge of the following:
Knowledge of the principles and procedures of basic accounting practices
Manage the overall practices of the organization finance strategy
Expertise about financial analysis
Basic knowledge about finance
Excellent command of both English and Amharic languages.
Knowledge of HR policies and strategies
Critical thinking
Computer literacy, especially familiar with MS Office.
Self-motivated and highly organized and detail oriented
Strong team player
Good facilitation skills
Flexible, comfortable with deadlines and able to work well under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster trust and respect.
Ability to maintain a fair balance between seeking the interests of the staff and safeguarding the principles and integrity of the organization
Ability to take an impartial stand on HR issues and recommend courses of action

BA/MA Degree in Finance and Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other related field of studies
Experience
A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, out of these 5 years working in Managerial position
