Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial activities of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Develop and monitor standard costing and analyze production variances (material, labor, overhead)

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and performance analysis

• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and control (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)

• Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve plant profitability

• Partner with production, procurement, and operations teams to support decision-making

• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee capex tracking and financial evaluation of plant investments

• Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing
