Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in plant operations, specifically in batching, crushing, and asphalt production.

• Quantity Required: 4

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Coordinate the batching, crushing, and asphalt production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules. 

• Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and workforce to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. 

• Quality Control: Monitor product quality through regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. 

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. 

• Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs to minimize disruptions. 

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production, efficiency, and safety metrics to management. 

• Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage. 

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry standards.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
