Job Purpose:-To plan, execute, and control of all manufacturing operations. Ensure that production meets customer demand, that quality standards are met, and that costs are controlled. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to meet Company’s strategic goals. 

Generic duties:

• Plans, leads, organizes, staffs & controls department’s overall activities,

• Manages the plant's budget and ensure that costs are controlled, 

• Designs and implements procedures, systems, and tools to maximize departmental operating efficiency,

• Assesses risks by following industry trends to ensure profitability, company survival and provide solutions,

• Coaches, mentors, and develops employees through periodic performance evaluations and ongoing performance dialogue and feedback,

• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant,

• Sets production goals and objectives and develop plans to achieve them,

• Monitor the factory's production output, making adjustments as needed, 

• Coordinate and implement standard processes for tooling, molding, and process controls between company molding locations, 

• Work with the manufacturing operations director to develop and implement new production processes, 

• Monitor and assist with the establishment of tool samples and design experiments for new and existing molds,

• Coordinate and manage the tooling demands and requirements for the manufacturing facility and support the molding operations, 

• Coordinate and implement standard processes for tooling, molding, and process controls between company molding locations,

• Maintains the plant's equipment and facilities, 

• Ensures that the plant complies with all safety regulations.

• Maintains a safe and productive work environment at all time,

• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

Education :

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering  related field of studies.

Experience:-

•  6 years of relevant experience
