Job Requirements The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production of ready‑mix concrete, ensuring quality standards, managing plant staff and coordinating with construction sites. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (COTM) and have at least ten years of relevant experience in construction or related fields.
