The Postharvest Supervisor (Graduate Trainee) will support and supervise postharvest operations of cut roses, ensuring proper handling, grading, quality control, and cold chain management. The position is designed to develop young professionals through hands-on training.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising postharvest activities (grading, bunching, packing)
Ensure quality standards of cut roses are met
Monitor hygiene, safety, and handling procedures
Support cold room and dispatch coordination
Prepare simple daily reports
Work closely with production and quality teams

Qualification Requirements
Education: BSc Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture Related fields
Experience: Fresh graduates with zero work experience are welcome
Strong willingness to learn and grow
Basic communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced farm environment
Additional Skills (Advantage)
Basic computer skills
Interest in floriculture and quality management
