About the Role: 
We are seeking a Poultry Cost Accountant to manage cost transactions across our poultry operations. The role involves recording and reconciling purchases, production, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy in cost allocation and reporting to management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Record and reconcile all purchases, including raw materials, supplies, medicines, disinfectants, and vaccines. 

• Maintain accurate cost sheets and unit production cost calculations. 

• Ensure supplier invoices are accurate and complete before processing. 

• Reconcile stock counts, production, and hatching reports. 

• Prepare regular cost, variance, and reconciliation reports. 

• Collect, review, and maintain all supporting documents for purchases, production, and sales. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

• Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements

Competencies: 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• BA Degree in Accounting or Finance. 

• 2–3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
