Job Title: Pre-sales Junior Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Summary:

The Pre-sales Junior Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical assistance and solution design. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a foundational understanding of IT solutions who is eager to learn and grow within the pre-sale’s environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and translating them into technical requirements.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop ICT solutions based on the company's portfolio, with a focus on Data Center, Networking, Cloud, Storage, and ERP solutions.

• Prepare and document technical proposals, bills of quantities, and other technical documentation.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients under the guidance of senior team members.

• Provide pre-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of the proposed solutions.

• Stay updated on new technologies and product developments within the IT solutions landscape.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT-related technical or pre-sales role.

• Foundational knowledge and/or experience in at least one of the following areas: Data Center solutions, Networking, Cloud, Storage, or ERP solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
