• Leads staff in planning, delivering, and assessing teaching and learning.

• Ensures child safeguarding, pastoral care, and a positive school culture.

• Manages budgets, resources, and communication with parents and stakeholders.

• Drives school improvement and staff professional development.

• Native curriculum experiencer with strong background in British education systems.
