Duties and Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in enterprise application architecture, integration, and modernization.

• Deep understanding of core banking systems and related business processes.

• Expert-level hands-on experience in Odoo development, including customization, module deployment, and integration with third-party applications; Odoo certification is strongly preferred.

• Expert knowledge of Java Spring Boot (micro services architecture, security, scalability, and performance); relevant Java/Spring certifications are highly preferred.

• Strong experience with REST/SOAP services, messaging, and transaction processing systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and frontend architecture; frontend development certifications is highly preferred.

• Proven experience leading enterprise integrations, system interoperability, and data flow design.

• Strong expertise in database architecture, performance optimization, and data governance.

• Experience overseeing application administration, operational readiness, and production stability.

• Ability to define operational standards, incident management processes, and support models.

• Proven leadership in mentoring teams and coordinating with business, IT, and operations stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, DevOps practices, and system lifecycle management.

Job Requirements

1. First Degree(BSc) in Computer Science /Information Technology/Computer Engineering/MIS/ or related fields with 6 years of relevant working experience.
