The Printer Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing different Desktop Inkjet Printers and High Capacity Digital Printers for our different customers who have service contractual agreement with our company. Servicing will be in Addis Ababa or major cities in Regions

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair Desktop Inkjet Printers and High Capacity Digital Printers

• Troubleshoot printer problem issues

• Interact with customers in recognizing their requests, and give the required

• Record all service provided to customers and report

• Maintain confidentiality of the information he/she came across during providing service

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Computer science, Hardware Engineering, or

• Proven experience as a Printer Service Engineer for a minimum of 2 years

• Knowledge of printer troubleshooting methods and techniques

• Skills in service of EPSON and HP Inkjet printers and Digital Printer /Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera and related / is preferred

• Experience: 2+ Years

Essential:

• Certificate in Maintaining/Servicing Printers

• Strong communication and interpersonal

• The Printer Service Engineer should me a motivated professional with strong technical problem solving skills and great customer The ability to communicate clearly on technical matters is vital

Salary: From Birr 20,000 to 25,000 (Gross) Per Month depending on qualification (N:B Our Company arranges transport for the Engineer assigned for the service )

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
