Duties and Responsibilities

1. Devising using fruitful sourcing strategies and discovering profitable suppliers and initiating business and organization partnerships.

2. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services and finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

3. Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.

4. Expect unfavorable events through the analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

5. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

6.  Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.

7. The workers under him/her perform the annual objective setting and evaluations as per the Human resource manual and other internal SOPs.

8. Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

9. Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize sourcing processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

10. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions, fostering strong relationships that align with our business objectives.

11. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and assess their alignment with our procurement goals.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.

13. Monitor procurement metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to improve decision-making and enhance procurement processes.

14. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices in all procurement activities.

Examine and test existing contracts and track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• degree in  procurement, supply chain management with 1 years of experience SAP Knowledge is advantages.
