We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and results-oriented Department Head for Procurement, Supply, and Logistics Management to lead and manage the end-to-end procurement and logistics functions of the organization. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, overseeing the supply chain, and maintaining a smooth and efficient logistics system.

Results-driven and strategic leader with extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, and logistics management. Proven ability to develop and implement efficient procurement policies, optimize supply chain operations, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve cost savings and enhance service delivery. Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Adept at aligning procurement and logistics strategies with organizational goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering long-term supplier relationships. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement, risk management, and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of suppliers and contracts.

• Forecast procurement needs based on demand planning and operational requirements.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services.

• Supervise the planning and coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to internal departments or external clients.

• Lead and manage the procurement and logistics team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration ,or a related field.

• Associate's degree or vocational training in electrical or mechanical maintenance, often with a focus on industrial systems, may also be sufficient for some positions.

• Experience: 8 years of working experience
