The Production Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing process of furniture products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational management to optimize production resources and meet company objectives

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree In General Mechanic/Industrial Technology or in related field of study

Experience: 3-7 years experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Duties

• Develop and implement production plans aligned with company goals.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Monitor production KPIs and recommend process improvements.

• Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to align production with market demand.

• Prepare and manage production budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.

2. Operational Activities

• Supervise day-to-day factory operations, including scheduling, workflow, and staff assignments.

• Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational.

• Oversee raw material usage and inventory control to minimize waste.

• Implement quality checks at each stage of production.

• Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays.

• Train and guide production staff on best practices and safety procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and resource utilization.

• Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of finished products.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
