We are looking for a qualified, creative, and innovative Painting, Color Design and Innovation Specialist with good knowledge of painting techniques, color mixing, color matching, design development, and product finishing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative color combinations, creating innovative designs, experimenting with new colors and patterns, improving product appearance, applying painting and coloring techniques, and developing attractive and unique product designs. The candidate will also contribute to product innovation, handicraft design development, and maintaining high-quality standards in production. Experience in painting, color design, product innovation, and handicraft production is an advantage
