The Product Owner is responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-impact digital solutions across desktop and mobile platforms. This role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure that product features align with business goals and customer needs.
A strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), on-premise systems, and project tools like Jira and ServiceNow is essential. This role also requires excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into actionable development plans while ensuring compliance with digital payment regulations and fostering continuous improvement within the tech ecosystem.

Experience: 7+ years of work experience a Product Owner or similar role in technology-driven environment
Certification: Node.js, MySQL, full-stack development, Java, Flutter, C#, C++,
Python, and Postgres DB
1. Tech Stack Management:
Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, including on-premises servers, AWS, and Telecloud environments
Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the technology stack.
Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to maintain system health and uptime.
2. Project Management:
Utilize Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), Slack, and other PMO tools to manage and track project progress.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Prioritize the backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
3. Development Oversight:
Provide guidance on codebase management across multiple technologies, including Node.js, MySQL, full-stack development, Java, Flutter, C#, C++, Python, and Postgres DB.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and technologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation within the company.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services (AWS), and on-premises server management
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Slack
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
