Job Requirement

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemistry or with related field of study

Experience: 0–1 year in a quality control or production environment (fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply).

Quantity Required: 1

Required Skills: Attention to detail, good communication, ability to follow procedures, basic report writing, and teamwork.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Control incoming raw materials and auxiliary materials against specifications.

• Prepare and monitor glue viscosity (40–46 seconds), record data in logbooks and checklists.

• Perform quality checks on main tank glue, single feeders, and production lines.

• Inspect job orders, approve production start, and identify waste types to prevent recurrence.

• Conduct random sampling on finished products (printing, gluing, die-cutting, partition, stitching).

• Test soft water, condensate water, and blow-down water for hardness, conductivity, and pH twice per shift.

• Ensure proper waste segregation and environmental compliance.

• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
